To unlock the maximum performance potential of your diesel or gasoline engine, the SCT Livewire TS is an easy-to-use programmer that can recalibrate your Ford Powerstroke engine management system to deliver maximum horsepower and torque, increased throttle response, firmer shifts and even improved fuel economy.
The SCT Livewire TS has a suction-mount four-inch full-color touch screen display, pre-loaded with dyno-proven performance tune files to optimize air/fuel ratio, ignition timing, fuel curves and peak boost. Beyond those tune profiles, it can hold up to 10 custom tunes. Aside from these user-adjustable tune options, the SCT Livewire TS also lets users set and adjust warnings and alerts as well as select screen graphics and gauge layouts.
The SCT Livewire TS even offers a Switch On-The-Fly feature allowing the programmer to easily switch between tunes without having to wait for a reset or reprogram. This means that you can be towing with your truck one minute and drag racing on the track the next. The display comes on and off automatically, and there’s even a sleep mode to ensure that the programmer doesn’t cause a parasitic electrical draw that might kill your battery.
In addition to being able to log and monitor high-speed data, the SCT Livewire TS can also be used as a scan tool to read and clear DTCs such as check engine lights.
